Here I am -- writing, reading, exercising, cooking, and sometimes cleaning my home. I try to do that last thing as little as possible. This blog is purposefully kept up as a way to stay accessible on social media since I have big dreams of continuing to be an author. If you'd be so kind, check out my available stories! I keep a running list of published works here, at the top post: http://trayellis.dreamwidth.org/

enjoying the Olympics
I surely didn't need another thing to keep me busy and distracted, but I can't not watch. Of course, it is glorious to perform to perfection and win glory and the gold, but I really do like to see how fantastic the athletes are. I mean, all of them would clobber me, clobber ordinary individuals, in their sports. It's only when you compare top echelon competitors against each other that teeny, tiny wobbles become such huge things. (Yes, I am a softie, I wish they could all go home with the gold.) I really appreciate being reminded how dedicated the athletes are in pursuit of their sports.
