Here I am -- writing, reading, exercising, cooking, and sometimes cleaning my home. I try to do that last thing as little as possible.

sleepy yoga
I don't know what it is about yoga, but right at the end, when we get to lie down, I almost always fall asleep. I think I might make some little snoring noises, too. Eeep!
